We offer free pick up from most areas and repairs. For some repairs and areas where the free pickups aren't available, we offer free Auspost drop off labels. If both the options aren't available, we offer paid pickup/Auspost drop off label.

How much do you charge for collection from me?

The collection fee is free for the repairs with free pickups availability. For paid pickups, the cost starts from $20. The cost is displayed on the repair booking page under the pickup icon.

Is there a Late Fee if payment is not received on time?

You can make repayments any time BEFORE the due date. Paying on time will result in zero percent interest on payment. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically try to process payments on the scheduled dates from your card. If payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply &ndash; an initial $10 late fee, and a further $7 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date. For each order below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of $40 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied is capped at 25% of the original order value or $68, whichever is less.

Afterpay is a new way to shop for the purchase of goods or services. Afterpay allows retailers to offer instalment plans for online shoppers. This allows customers the ability to make a purchase which is to be paid in 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Please note the first instalment must be paid at the time of purchase.
